What’s the point of living if you’re not growing and transforming? Being stagnant and complacent robs you of becoming your best self and, quite literally, living your best life.

Growing pains are real – you make mistakes, but learning from them makes you wiser. You get into unhealthy relationships, but you learn what qualities make a healthy one. It’s what you do with your “low” moments in life that help you transform into your best self.

So, reflect on who you are today.

Now, remember who you were five years ago or even last year:

What’s different about you?
What’s the same about you?
What have you gone through?
Are your priorities the same? If not, what’s changed about them?
How do you feel about yourself today vs last year?

Society often views change negatively and with fear, but there’s freedom in embracing change within us. How else could we grow?
