Habits

HABITS.
Such a powerful word packed with so much tangible & intangible influence. I believe that the activities, people & thoughts that take up a majority of your time heavily shape you and the life you lead.

HABITS can either be good or bad. We want to minimize the bad habits and maximize the good habits. How do we do this? START THE NEW GOOD HABIT. Do it once. Do it again. Repeat. A good habit has to be built over time and consistency, just like a bad one does.

ACTION IS REQUIRED.
You want to perfect a craft, so this means you need to practice it regularly. You want to improve your financial health, then you will have to make a budget and debt plan, then stick with it. You want to improve your health, so you will need to change the way you shop for food and increase your level of physical activity.

TAKE THE FIRST STEP. Bad habits are not going to simply stop; We must replace our bad habits with healthy, fruitful ones. Even if we have some regression, we must stay committed to our new habits and try again. Do not give up on yourself and the purposeful life in store for you.
